A. Insurance and surety participants
Insurers, sureties, managing general agents, wholesalers, brokers, underwriting providers, and other authorized participants may receive information needed to quote, evaluate, issue, administer, renew, or service a requested product.
These organizations may act independently and may provide their own privacy notices.
B. Service providers
We may use providers for website hosting, customer relationship management, document storage, payment processing, communications delivery, analytics, security, and administrative support.
We require providers acting on our behalf to protect personal information and restrict its use as required by applicable law and their agreements with us.
C. Authorized recipients
We may disclose information to persons or organizations you authorize, or as needed to complete a transaction you request. Depending on the transaction, these may include licensing authorities, certificate holders, or bond obligees.
D. Legal and regulatory purposes
We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, including to regulators, courts, law enforcement, professional advisers, or other parties as reasonably necessary to address fraud, resolve disputes, or protect legal rights.
E. Business transactions
Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements and privacy law.
F. Mobile information and messaging consent
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide this information to service providers that help deliver messages or support our customer service, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose it where legally required.
Providing a phone number for an insurance application does not authorize an insurer or other recipient to use our text-messaging consent for its own marketing.
5. Telephone, Text, Email, and Postal Communications
We may communicate with you by telephone, SMS or MMS text message, email, and postal mail, depending on your requests, preferences, and applicable permissions.
Service communications
Messages may concern requested quotes, applications, documents, payments, appointments, policies, bonds, renewals, or customer support.
Marketing communications
We may send marketing communications where permitted by law. Where separate consent is required, including for certain automated marketing calls or texts, we will obtain it separately.
Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing insurance, a bond, or another service. Visiting the Site or reading this Policy does not itself provide marketing consent.
Your communication choices
Text messages: Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Telephone calls: Tell our representative or contact us to request that marketing calls stop or to withdraw applicable consent.
Marketing emails: Use the unsubscribe link or contact us.
Promotional postal mail: Contact us to request removal from our promotional mailing list.
You may also withdraw consent through another reasonable method. We will honor requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines.
After a text opt-out, we may send one nonpromotional confirmation message. Necessary nonmarketing communications may continue through legally permitted channels, consistent with your request and applicable law.
Opting out of communications does not cancel a policy, bond, application, or payment obligation.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect certain features.
[Before publication: identify the analytics, advertising pixels, and similar technologies actually used. Explain their purposes, the categories of information disclosed, whether providers collect information across other websites over time, and the available controls. If none are used beyond essential cookies, say so accurately.]
Sale or sharing of information: We do not sell or rent customer contact lists for money. Certain advertising-related disclosures can nevertheless constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under state privacy laws.
Browser privacy signals: Traditional “Do Not Track” signals and Global Privacy Control are different mechanisms.
7. Retention of Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including servicing transactions, maintaining required insurance records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods depend on the information, product, relationship, and applicable requirements. We may retain limited suppression or consent records to ensure that we continue to honor communication preferences.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable retention requirements.
8. Information Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No website, storage system, or communication method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, full payment card details, or similarly sensitive information through ordinary text messages or unsecured email. Contact us for an appropriate submission method.

Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
Obtain a copy of certain information.
Restrict certain disclosures or uses.

Not every right applies to every record or transaction. Insurance and financial information may be governed by separate privacy requirements and exemptions. Nothing in this Policy removes rights available under those laws.
To submit a request, email [email protected], call (949) 989-7577, or write to the address below.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority for requests involving access, correction, or deletion. Where allowed by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for you.
We will respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain any applicable limitation or denial. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Please do not include sensitive identifiers in an initial privacy request.
10. Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to insurer portals, payment services, or other independent websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy notices.
Please review those notices before providing information. This section does not limit responsibilities that applicable law places on us.

12. Changes to This Policy
